Report on the Activity Form
Submit the following:
- Activity details
- Feedback on the activity
- Preferred reward type (check, gift card, direct deposit)
- Photo from conducting the activity
Wait for Your Cash
- Payments go out quarterly ( October, January, April, July)
Groups are rewarded $250 per activity
Plan Another Activity
You can be rewarded for:
- 1 Distracted Driving activity
- 1 Impairments activity
That’s up to $500 per school year!
What are the rules/guidelines?
- Rewards are only available to activated Texas and Washington program schools. If you’re unsure if you’re activated in our system, reach out to your regional representative.
- Groups may sign-up for UDS once per year and receive a new kit of materials.
- Activities are meant to be conducted with college students. Individual use or learning will not count towards rewards.
- One activity form must be submitted for each activity to be completed.
- Rewards are paid out on a quarterly basis so each July, October, January and April, and payments are mailed to made out to the primary contact of your organization. If you’re unsure who that is, contact your UDS regional representative.
- Check and ACH (direct deposit) reward payment require a W-9 be filled out and returned to TTI.
- Visa gift card reward payments will be emailed to the primary contact who signed up for the program initially.
- The Texas A&M Transportation Institute is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, or delayed activity forms.
- The Texas A&M Transportation Institute reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, suspend, cancel or modify all or part of the reward program at any time without notice.
- U in the Driver Seat reserves the right to change any of these rules.
